We have some great innovative places for tacos, but sometimes nothing beats having a classic mexican street taco, and Tacos Jalisco fits the bill. I am particularly fond of their pastor tacos, as well as on the weekends when they have carnitas tacos. The carnitas is so unctuous that it is hard to eat more than two of them. The chorizo is also good, and goes great on a taco or tostada. The salsa is very fresh tasting with onions and cilantro with a bit of heat. Be sure to try the special habenero salsa/sauce that you have to request, which burns great but also has a deep pepper flavor. They have combo meals and other such things if you are less adventurous (and they aren't bad), but I would recommend sticking with the traditional items.
